The moon's brilliance
A reflection of the sun
A dance in the sky

Let's walk the orchard,
Pick apples right off the trees,
And forget the world

Dreamer, keep dreaming
There are butterflies waiting
To fly us across

Long, shuddering sigh
Blown through the pines and needles
Breath of the North Wind

Crashing powder, white-
Out, the windshield can’t keep clear,
Guide me, I can’t see

Swim along the dew

Ride atop the gentle breeze

Or sit and witness

A lunar rainbow

I am told that it exists

Just imagine it

I know where it goes,

When the sun sets. It’s not gone.

But I still wonder.
