How strange, the muffle
Uncomfortable even
When your ears won’t pop
How strange, the muffle
Uncomfortable even
When your ears won’t pop
With so much to see
I find myself wanting more
Than just these two eyes
The glass shatters wide
And the rain pours heavy out
Drenching nose and cheeks
You should check your chest
There is a climate in there
And it needs maintained
Driblets of cool sweat
Flexed and contracted muscles
A perfect machine
Shackled and pinned down,
I’m tied up and my mouth’s gagged.
Or, that’s how I feel.
